Post-ICU is a social journaling solution that helps to prevent the Post-Intensive Care Syndrome (PICS). This product-service combination for Intensive Care Units (ICU) is used in 20+ hospitals world-wide.
The Post-ICU diary helps families of patients and nurses. It motivates and facilitates them to write about a patient’s experience on the ICU. The digital product is supported by physical introduction materials, training and education, and other services.
Post-ICU was launched as spin-off ‘Post-X’ from Games for Health in 2023, and has received more than €1.4M investments to scale internationally.
